Wednesday, of course, means there's a new sketch up at Freshly Made Sketches! This week Jennifer Timko is our hostess and she created this great sketch for your inspiration.
Lately, I've been itching to use some flower stamps (probably because it keeps snowing where I live and I really want spring to arrive) so for this sketch I grabbed Secret Garden and went to work. And the color challenge at The Paper Players was perfect for what I had in mind so I just had to incorporate that challenge into my card as well.
Every week, each of us on the Freshly Made Sketches design team are overwhelmed at the response we get to our challenge. We love to see you in the gallery and hopefully this week you can carve out some time from your undoubtedly busy crafting schedule to join us again!
And a big heartfelt thanks for stopping by!
Supplies:
Stamps: Secret Garden (SU)
Accessories: Deckled Rectangle die (Spellbinders), Secret Garden die, Pool Party baker's twine, Pool Party button, Basic Pearl (SU)
Love! The flower is gorgeous and I just love the deckled rectangle die. I think I might even have those in my stash!
ReplyDeleteWe have flowers blooming here if you need another reason to head south. ;)
Jen, you really rocked the new Secret Garden set! I love that your card still has so much detail, but manages to maintain a clean feel. I also love that you anchored the colors on Early Espresso, it makes the card feel so rich.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you joined the Paper Players this week and shared this great card with us.
