My sister asked me to make her a gift card holder and lucky for me The Alley Way Stamps has a brand-spankin' new stamp set called wish BIG that has got some great stamps for birthdays.
I did a little paper piecing for this image. The gift was stamped onto some Primrose Petals DSP and the ribbon was stamped on Raspberry Ripple and fussy cut. The card is for a sweet sixteen birthday so I thought that shades of pink would be appropriate. And by a strange, cosmic coincidence the color challenge this week at the Color Throwdown is all about pink (with some yummy chocolate chip thrown in for good measure). The layout is from the sketch at Fab Friday.
Today is release day at The Alley Way Stamps, so if you'd like this stamp set (and some other fine and dandy ones) head on over! Thanks for stopping by!
