Sketchy and Washi

Any day I get to use some fun washi tape is a good day in my book.  And as luck would have it the challenge this week at Less is More is to use washi on your project.  A quick look around my favorite challenge sites and I noticed the latest Seize the Sketch was just crying out for some washi!

The black and white script washi on the bottom is one of my favorites, but I wish it was wider.  Speaking of which, I don't think I have enough wide washi in my stash *wink*  The butterflies are from Papillon Potpourri and are fantastic layered together and because there are punches for both sizes so you get a perfectly cut butterfly every time!

Another beautiful day here in New England means I am heading outside for a little R & R on the patio.  I hope you have a fun and relaxing day too!  Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies:
Stamps:  Papillon Potpourri (SU); Be (Simon Says Stamp)
Accessories:  Elegant Butterfly punch, Bitty Butterfly punch (SU); washi tape

  4. Your washi tape budget must rival my food budget. (grin) I wasn't even going to participate in the washi trend, but broke down and ordered some in my recent SU order. I haven't used any yet since it's for Halloween, but to be honest, I never see any designs that make me want to buy it. Where do you find yours?
