A while back I got these big fishtail banners but this is the first time I've used this big one. Rita's sketch was the perfect excuse to dust them off. And I chose to do my card in three shades of blue so that I could play along with the color challenge at Can You Case It.

ReplyDeleteAs soon as I saw this sketch, I thought about my PPP banner die! I'll be pulling it out sometime tomorrow for sure and play along...that is if Mr. Mojo will cooperate. Your card is brilliant in these blue hues. And the blossom! Oh I like that in that rich blue. Very sweet card, and I like this quite much (as my sister used to say!). Have a good one. Bev
ReplyDeleteI had those fishtail banners in my cart a couple of months ago, then took them out when I saw the total! I really kicked myself when this sketch came along, let me tell you! But I digress. Your card is gorgeous in all its blue glory. The geometric background paper is the perfect backdrop for that gorgeous flower.

ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty! I love the shades of blue and the gorgeous flower. What DSP is that? I looks like the inside of the cover on the Occasions catalog... I saved mine because it looked like a DSP and was just the right paper weight, but I haven't used it yet.
