CAS(E) This Sketch 242

A quick look at the calendar tells me that Halloween is not that far away so I thought it was time for me to break out my all-time favorite stamp set for the occasion.  Lucky for me the latest CAS(E) This Sketch designed by Leigh was very accomodating for my Herman Munster-style image.



The Halloween colors at House of Cards put me in the mood and good ol' Herman and his love of bats set the stage for this one.  I just love this guy!


By the way, I fussy cut this guy out.  This stamp set is so old the only dies that co-existed with him were simple shapes we called Nestabilities!  Oh how times have changed!

    There are times, Jen, when I like to sit with a tray full of images to fussy cut! You've colored and clipped Herman wonderfully! What a great image. Love the bit of plaid, too. Fantastic take on Leigh's sketch. Bev

    I named the images in this stamp set Frankie, Agnes, and Vlad :) It's also my very favorite Halloween stamp set ever! Super cute card!!

    Too much fun Jen! I like the thin black circle among the layers. It really lets "Herman" pop! And I now have the monsters theme song playing in my head LOL!!

    I remember you using this stamp before and I can see why...he is so stinkin' cute!! And that DSP, I remember that too, one of my fav's. Darling clean and crisp card, as usual!!

    This set is one of my favorites, too - and I don't even celebrate Halloween but had to have it and the matching sentiment set. Your card looks fabulous - super cool texture in the background too!
