I chose shades of pink for my card and since it has been a while since I've made a butterfly I card I thought this sketch was the perfect opportunity to. That star shape is easily translated to a butterfly, or anything else that your imagination decides! The embossed background is a nod to the CAS on Friday challenge where they are looking for embsossing.

Pretty in pink! And I've missed your butterflies -- so glad to see you use one with this sketch.
Oh I am loving the pink! Beautiful butterfly card!
Love this fancy little butterfly! This is pretty Jen. Sorry for my lack of visits. This reno is eating up ALL of my time! I took a peek back at what I've missed and it is as FABulous as always
This is SO Sweet. It's a beautiful butterfly and so perfect with the bit of texture!
This is so pretty, Jen! I love the pink with the sweet butterfly and the side panels, but what really jazzed me was the e/f! It's normally for falling snow, right? It never occurred to me to use it for anything other than a Christmas card, so thank you for showing me it is a stunning dotty non-snow pattern, as well!! Hugs, Darnell
Hee hee I don't know whether to be proud or ashamed of the Chief Enabler title. I'll go with proud and consider it my mission to continue to enable. That gives me the perfect excuse to buy more stuff. Win-win :) Your pink butterfly card is so very pretty and I'm with Darnell on the snowflake folder - wonderful idea that adds so much interest.
Loving the pink and the butterfly, but the embossing stole the show.
Oh this card is just too pretty! I love that butterfly and love that embossing. It's so elegant and makes the perfect birthday card!
