We had a little heat wave earlier this week. It had been 90+ degrees since Sunday and I loved it! I was built to live in a hot climate but for some reason I got stuck in a place where it's hot only for part of the year. I'll have to remedy that some day!
But on to bigger and better things. Today is Wednesday so that means we've got a brand new challenge for you at Freshly Made Sketches. Our friend across the pond, Cécile, has give us a fantastic graphic sketch. I can't wait to see the gallery light up with your designs!
I used these dotted circles in ever darker shades of purple (hope you can see the big one, it's a bit light in the pic). I chose this color for no other reason that I just got the ink pads and I wanted to take them for a test run! This is an uber CAS one layer card and I love how it came out.
My Freshly Made Sketches fellow teamies have cooked up some great cards for you this week. I loved seeing how everyone interpreted the sketch. I hope you can join us in the gallery!
Thanks for stopping by!

For me - anything above 60 (and sunny) is too hot!!!
I love your use of the sketch with the purple circles - fun and fresh!!
this is very cool! Makes my CAS heart happy! Love this sweet graphic design!
Fabulous take on the sketch Jen!! Summer heat is good, just leave the humidity out of it!!
Oh my goodness! I LOVE this card! I love those purple circles! They are just fabulous and all that white space makes my heart flutter! You, me and our cats could move to Hawaii?! I'm thinking that solves our warm climate loving issues!!!
Great idea to use this stamp set for this sketch - those circles look wonderful stamped together like that. And 90 degrees is waaaay too hot - I'm happy about 70 :)
How cool is this? I LOVE the layering of this stamp set!! Great design!!
Leave it to you to create a fab one-layer card with this sketch! Beautifully and creatively done, Jen!
Love these shades of purple! Add that to my list of ink families I need. These circles are just perfect for the sketch.
So classy, so elegant and super clean - I love your take on the sketch Jen!
