I've been trying to use up designer series paper. I love to buy it, but I have a problem using it. I hope I'm not alone in this affliction. I have long had a fascination with paper: I love the way it feels, I love the way it smells, and I love the way it looks. So, for all those reasons, I buy it, but then I just want to look at it rather than use it. And I know on some level that this is wrong. I shouldn't be afraid to use it. So another of my new year's resolutions is to use the paper. Embrace the paper! Don't be afraid of the paper! Love the paper! Anyway, I made this card using Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge. And I didn't even flinch when I cut the paper!!

I am that way too with both dsp & embelishments, got to have them but then I hesitate to use them, I think that I will save them for something special! loL! You are not alone! Your card is lovely :)
You're SO not alone in that affliction!! I was that way for a long time, then every year when we got a new catalog I gave away all of my retired dsp, and I was so sad that I hadn't used any of it! Now my goal every year is to use it all up before it's gone :) Btw, you've been on a roll lately! Loving everything you're creating :)
jen...you are cracking me up about not wanting to cut your paper, girl! i was the SAME way! i'm to the point now where i buy it just to cut it! LOL! it will get easier as you get going...you'll be cutting everything up before you know it!
