CAS(E) This Sketch 289 Meets Fusion

Hey there!  It's time for my CAS(E) This Sketch - Fusion combo card!  It's a retro sketch this week all the way back to #55!

I played along with that sketch in December 2013 and my card then had a Christmas theme.  What a difference five years makes!  This time around I chose to use the colors of the Fusion challenge and created a card with a trio of flowers.  You'd think I was expecting spring or something!

My teamies at CAS(E) This Sketch and Fusion have created some fantastic cards to inspire you so I hope you'll play along with us.  Thanks for stopping by!

Stamps:  Mesh (Darkroom Door); Thank You Kindly (Stampin' Up!)
Paper:  White (Spectrum Noir); Lemon Tart (Papertrey Ink); Groovy Guava, Tangerine Tango (Stampin' Up!)
Ink:  Green Parakeet, Pinefeathers (Papertrey Ink); Jet Black (Altenew)
Accessories:  Petal Party die (Memory Box); enamel dots (My Minds Eye; Doodlebug Designs)

Not one thing wrong with your sunny-spring take on that Sketch, Jen! It's delightful, and the stamped mesh is fabulous!
Off to see the 'old!'

I always look at your card on the Fusion DT blog and try and figure out the CTS sketch - I had this one pegged apart from the gaps in the background piece! Gorgeous card!

Hi Jen! Sorry I've been gone for so long...I hope to be back much more regularly now. Glad I chose this card to comment on! This is just gorgeous!! Those flowers are so pretty, and against that mesh...grungy, yet lovely. Your CAS style always makes me happy. Great cards. Bev

Love your "spring" take on the challenge! I'd be ready for spring again if I could skip the intensely hot and wet summer we had!
