Freshly Made Sketches 571

Hi friends.  Today I am the hostess over at Freshly Made Sketches.  I made a sketch that kinda-sorta looks like a slimline, but don't let that shape fool you.  You can do whatever shape you want!

I went way into my stamping archives to make this card.  The patterned paper is from Basic Grey that I've had it in my stash for years but I don't know the name.  And the card base is some confetti cardstock from Stampin' Up! that I'm sure was retired ages ago, but I love it because it's a warm color with flecks of color in it.  It was perfect for this card.  And the sentiment.  Seriously, how true is this?

Thanks for stopping by!  I sure hope that you check out the inspiration from our Freshly Made Sketches design team and join us in the gallery!

Supplies:
Stamps:  Favorite Thoughts (Stampin' Up!)
Paper:   Convetti White (Stampin; Up!); Basic Grey
Ink:  Onyx Black (Versafine)
Accessories:  silver cord (Stampin' Up!); enamel dots (Doodlebug Designs); silver eyelets

Great sketch & card. I love that you used old SU paper, I still have some of the brown with the flecks in it like that. Love how you used the eyelets as well.
