colourQ 154

Hello everyone!  It's Tuesday so that means there's a new challenge up at colourQ.  This week Arielle has found a really interesting (and if I'm being perfectly honest here) a really challenging color combo.  Here you go:

When I went into the craft cave to make this card, I spent a lot of time wondering around somewhat aimlessly trying to choose papers and embellishments (not to mention stamps) before I decided I didn't need any stamps after all.  I chose some Summer Starfruit DSP from Patio Party, added a little ribbon, then layered my butterfly with Bravo Burgundy cardstock, some Cameo Coral DSP from Ginger Blossom, and a So Saffron Beautiful Wings Embosslit.  I put a small So Saffron button tied with some Baker's Twine in the center.  I think it's pretty - and look Ma!  No stamps!

I hope you have time to join us this week at colourQ!  The design team has got some great cards to inspire you so hop on over and check them out!

You rocked this with no stamps, Daughter! I'm not really feeling these colors, but that's why it's a challenge, right?!

Love,
Ma
